Methods to Purchase

1) Click on "Add to Cart" and payment made through PayPal upon checkout.

2) Through email - please include the following information in the email.

- Your name

- Your full postal address

- Item code

- Quantity

- Size (if any)

- Colour (if any)

- Your preference of normal or registered mail as the mode of delivery.

Payment to be made through POSB Bank Transfer / iBanking to POSB A/C 195-36336-6 within 3 days after you receive an acknowledgement email from us. Transaction reference and time to be provided in the email as well.

A deposit of SGD$10.00 would be appreciated if you opt for payment made through POSB Bank Transfer during these period of 4 to 6 weeks while we prepare to bring in a selected range of ready stocks for sale.

Mode of Delivery within Singapore

By normal mail. There will be no tracking number on the package.
By registered mail. A tracking number will be provided once the package has been sent out.

Handling fee at a flat rate of either SGD$1.00 or SGD$2.50, depending on the item; No extra costs required.

Please note that we will not be held responsible for any lost mails.

International Orders

We will not be accepting any international orders for the moment. However, we will consider accepting international orders in the near future.

Terms and Conditions
1) All prices are in Singapore Dollars and are non-negotiable

2) All Goods sold are brand new unless stated otherwise.

3) All accessories are not provided unless stated otherwise.

4) Payment can be made via POSB/DBS bank transfer at any ATM machine.

5) An acknowledgement of order will be sent to you once you've confirmed with us that you're 100% interested. Sales will be made on a first come first serve basis due to limted stocks and thus, an acknowledgement email would mean that we've reserved the item(s) for you.

6) An acknowledgement email would be sent to you once payment has been received.

7) Your order will be processed and delivered within 7 working days upon receipt of payment for ready stocks. For pre-order items, please allow us up to 4 weeks to process and have the items delivered to you.

8) In the event of non-payment for any order after receiving the acknowledgement of order,
within 2 days, your order will automatically be cancelled.

9) EJS Lingerie Closet do not guarantee the display of product colours 100% accurately as it depends on the individual's computer monitor. However, we would try our best to provide the descriptions and colour as accurately as possible.

10) EJS Lingerie Closet will not be held liable for any missing/damaged item(s) during the process of delivery. There will be strictly no exchange or refund of any goods sold.

11) EJS Lingerie Closet reserves the right to blacklist any dead buyers who back out after receiving the acknowledgement of order from us.

12) EJS Lingerie Closet reserves the right to alter its terms and conditions at any time.

13) All goods are on pre-order basis unless otherwise stated as "In Stock".

For Your Information
If you opt for normal mail, we are not able to track any lost normal mail. For registered articles, a serial number will be on the package so we can check on the status of item, if we find that it could have been lost in the process of delivery.

Normal mail would be received at a faster rate than that of a registered mail and will be sent to your mailbox; Registered mail will be sent to your doorstep, and someone will need to sign a consignment slip. If no one is home at point of delivery, they will leave a collection slip for your article(s) at your door, which you can later, head down to the nearest post office to make your collection.
